Yep that's what I'm listening to. Pretty cool song, and definitely one to get stuck in your head XD
Too bad it's tough to concentrate on my schoolwork when listening to a song that I know the words to! Even to a song I *don't* know the words to... :\
Oh well XD I feel like listening to music, so I'll listen to music.
Starman-David Bowie <3<3<3
Mmm mom's baking and it smells yummy. I'm gonna bake a cake later.
I like quizzing dad on the songs I put on. It's fun :P
Well just listened to Hotel California by the Eagles, now listening to No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature by The Guess Who. <3 I love this song :D
Still working on Atoms and stuff in my science
Long Train Runnin'-The Doobie Brothers
Anyway, for future reference: metal ions are positively charged, 'cause they lose electrons, and non-metal ions are negatively charged 'cause they gain electrons. Sodium is a metal (I didn't previously know that) and Chlorine is a non-metal. When combined to form a compound, sodium-chloride, Sodium loses and electron to Chlorine and becomes positively charged.
Oh it's all very interesting stuff!
Okay, so my textbook says that Chlorine gains an electron to become anegatively charged ion, and Sodium loses an electron to become a positively charged ion, and these oppositely charged ions attract. Cool =P
Tide is High-Blondie
